Lomyn AI (“Lomyn AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a privacy-first AI application that allows users to run supported AI models locally on their device, manage model downloads, chat with AI models, use image and text tools, create projects, and use related productivity features.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Lomyn AI mobile application, website, services, and related features collectively referred to as the “App” or “Service.”

By using Lomyn AI, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Our Privacy-First Approach

Lomyn AI is designed to run AI features locally where possible. After a supported model is downloaded to your device, your prompts, chats, generated responses, and project content are generally processed on your device and are not sent to the model provider merely to generate a response.

Some features may require an internet connection, including model downloads, App Store services, optional web search, updates, diagnostics, payments, support requests, or other online functionality.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your email address when you contact us for support.
• Support messages, feedback, bug reports, screenshots, or attachments you send to us.
• Account information, if Lomyn AI later offers account-based features.

Unless you share this information with us, enable an online feature, or use a feature that requires remote processing, this local content remains on your device.

Depending on the features enabled, we may collect limited technical information such as:

4. Model Downloads

When you download AI models, model files may be downloaded from third-party hosting providers such as Hugging Face or other model repositories.

Those third parties may receive technical information necessary to complete the download, such as your IP address, device or network request metadata, requested file URLs, and download timing.

Lomyn AI does not control the privacy practices of third-party model repositories. You should review their privacy policies and terms before using their services.

5. Photos, Images, Files, and OCR

If you choose to use image, OCR, document, or project features, Lomyn AI may request access to selected photos, images, files, or documents.

We only access the content you choose to provide or select. OCR and file-processing features may be handled locally where supported. If a future feature requires online processing, we will disclose this in the App or this Policy.

6. Optional Online Features

If Lomyn AI includes optional online features such as web search, cloud sync, online support, remote model catalogs, or external integrations, the information needed to provide that feature may be sent to us or to the relevant third-party provider.

For example, if you enable web search, your search query may be sent to a search provider. If you contact support, the content of your support request will be sent to us.

• To process local AI chats and app features.
• To download, install, verify, and manage AI models.
• To provide project, OCR, benchmark, and productivity features.

Lomyn AI is designed so that local AI chats are processed on your device after a compatible model is downloaded.

We do not intentionally collect or review your local chats, prompts, files, or AI outputs unless:

• You send them to us for support.
• You enable a feature that requires online processing.
• You share them through an export, sync, web search, cloud, or third-party integration.
• Collection is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

10. Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, clear app data, delete projects, remove chats, or delete downloaded models.

Information you send to us, such as support emails, may be retained as long as necessary to respond to you, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

11. Deleting Your Data

You can delete local Lomyn AI data by using available in-app deletion features, deleting chats or projects, removing downloaded models, clearing app data, or uninstalling the App.

We may need to verify your request before deleting information. Some information may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
